They say that necessity is the mother of invention, the truth is I needed some planters and just loved the idea of making them in an ever-expanding array of colours. Each piece is handmade by me from unglazed, coloured earthenware slipcast which is then polished so it feels smooth to the touch. Often used with or without a plant, in the home or in the garden.
