Terms and Conditions


 In these conditions the following terms have the following meaning: "The Company" means H for Hannah. "Customer" means the customer of the company. 'Contract" means any contract for the sale of goods by the Company to the Customer. "Writing" includes emails. When we use the words "writing" or "written" in these terms this includes emails.


H for Hannah is me, Hannah Morrow and is the name I do business under here in Los Angeles, California.

If we have to contact you I will do so by writing to you at the email address, Instagram page or mailing address provided.


Payments will be taken at the time of ordering and no goods will be supplied without payment.

H for Hannah encrypts all your card information used for payment via Shopify and PayPal. No unauthorized persons will be able to view your card number or other information during the transaction. We do not store credit card details or share customer details with 3rd parties.


Products may vary slightly from the pictures. The images of the products on our website are for illustrative purposes only. Although we have made every effort to display the colors accurately, we cannot guarantee that a device's display of the colors accurately reflects the colors of the products.


We are able to deliver across the US and internationally. Your purchases will be carefully wrapped and packaged. 


With the except of made to order items, all products have a 30 day return period from the date received by the Customer. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase and it remains in an unused condition, simply contact us and we will organize a return for the goods. Within the US returns are free of charge, but internationally returns are at the customers cost. Only after the returned items have been received and approved as being in their original packaging and condition will the amount of the purchase price be refunded to the Customer, excluding any shipping costs. 


Customers have 30 days to reject goods that are of unsatisfactory quality, unfit for purpose or not as described, for a full refund. Complaints regarding defects or faults discovered during normal examination of the product must be communicated in writing to H for Hannah within this 30 day period. Afterwards items may be returned for exchange, or if agreed, reimbursement. The right to complaint does not cover defects, damages or wear and tear, resulting directly or indirectly from wrongful use, bad maintenance, violence or unauthorized operations.


If the customer establishes that any of the goods have not been delivered or are defective, or have been delivered damaged, or are not of the correct quality, H for Hannah shall at its option, replace then with similar goods, or allow the Customer credit for their invoice value. In no circumstances shall the liability of H for Hannah to the customer under this condition exceed the invoice value of the goods.
